Aujourd'hui, on envoie du lourd.

Negro Terror est un groupe de Hardcore punk de Memphis.
Ca hurle, ça va vite, à l’écoute du titre j’ai essayé de pogoter devant mon bureau.
Le rythme est endiablé et furieux mais il est aussi et surtout cathartique.

Il exprime la colère et la rage contre l’oppression.

Mais attention, seule la musique est violente (cathartique on a dit).

Derrière tout cela il y a un besoin d’unité et un appel à la fraternité pour se sortir du marasme.

Le chanteur-basiste, Omar Higgins, est décédé en avril 2019 : un documentaire lui a été dédié..

Le seul article que j'ai trouvé sur lui a été écrit par Charles Chinasky, du site Another Whisky for Mister Bukowski... que j'ai allègrement pompé. Du coup je nepouvais pas faire moins que de le citer.
